Conditions of entry

All photographs to be taken by the exhibitor

All exhibits should be mounted on cardboard and ready to hang

Maximum of 5 entries per class

Minimum size including mount 12.5cm x 17.5cm

Maximum size including mount 40cm x 50cm
Class

All exhibits must be suitably framed and ready for hanging with the name and address of the exhibitor on the back.

Maximum size 60cmx 80cm.

All entries must have been completed within the last 12 months.

Entry fee - $3 for adults, $1 for juniors (Per exhibit)

General Entries for: The arts, crafts and photography entries will be accepted from 3pm to 8pm on Monday 3rd march 2025 and Tuesday 4th march 2025. craft entries are to be taken to The Trevor Toms pavilion, art work to the pam green pavilion, needlework to the needle work pavilion, photography to the dinning room building. Any item received soiled, damaged or washed (with the exception of spun or woven items) will not be accepted.
